HOA president said full fencing and tree preservation were promised at the neighborhood meeting but dropped from the plans, and homes are visible from the lot.

Direct neighbor said the sports bar and fields are already noisy and losing the 75-foot tree buffer in winter would make it unlivable.

Asked the board not to allow the lot with removal of the mature tree canopy, noting existing noise complaints and alternative sites over the hill.

Former area resident urged empathy, questioned the double-row arborvitae viability and asked for a more creative parking solution than backing into a neighborhood.
